Magistrate's Scout

A SWU cube with no rares, designed to teach people the game and provide limitless replayability.

This is a singleton cube with cards drawn mostly from SOR, JTL and LAW though all current sets are represented. The theme is rebels vs imperials.

Notes for draft/rules changes: Draft 4 leaders instead of 3 Aspect Penalty is now {1} per off color symbol Players choose any 27 health common base from A Lawless Time. Credit to Bones!
